This shop is in Japan and shipping to other countries will be done using Japanese Post EMS (Express Mail Service) or International ePacket services. It works very well for many countries. Recently International mail has change a lot and delivery times are an estimation only.

Shipping in Japan:
Except for fuel which is directly shipped by maker all products are sent from Okinawa. There are many shipping methods but when you order some may not be available if your order is over the weight or size limits:
- Kuroneko Yamato Nekoposs is the cheapest of all but is restricted to small products you can put in a A4 envelope with a thickness under 2.5 cm and weight less than 1 Kg. Shipping will take 2 to 4 days. Shipping is possible 7days/7.
- Letterpack Plus is for products that can fit this Japanese Post pre-paid envelope (size A4, < 4Kg) and will cost 520 Yens where ever you send it in Japan. Most of the time it will arrive in 2 days but sometimes 3 if you are in a remote location. On Saturday, Sunday and holydays it can not be shipped after 15H. Tracking available.
- Letterpack Lite is for products that can fit this Japanese Post pre-paid envelope (size A4, < 4Kg) wit a thickness less than 3cm and will cost 370 Yens where ever you send it in Japan. This one will be delivered in your letter box. Most of the time it will arrive in 2 days but sometimes 3 if you are in a remote location. On Saturday, Sunday and holydays it can not be shipped after 15H. Tracking available.
- Yupack is a Japanese Post service for small and big packets (30 Kg max and sum of 3 sizes less than 170 cm) . It takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive. You can choose delivery time. Sending time is limited by local post office holidays. Tracking available.
- Yamato Takyubin is a good delivery service but a little bit expensive from Okinawa. Limits are 30 Kg and 200 cm for the sum of 3 sizes. It will arrive in 2 to 4 days and you can choose delivery time. The payment at reception (cod) is possible. Shipping 7days/7. Tracking available.
- Sagawa Takyubin is a good delivery service and cheap from Okinawa when using boat. There are virtualy no limit of size and weight. It will arrive in 4 to 10 days. The payment at reception (cod) is possible. Shipping 7days/7. Tracking available.
Payment methods:
Outside Japan or to use Credit cards, we accept PayPal. In japan direct bank transfer, c.o.d. and payment at the store are although available.
About stock:
If some products are out of stock it is clearly stated in red in place of the 'order' button and you won't be able to order it online. To order out of stock or not listed items please do it by email. We will contact you for availability and prices.
Return:
In case of non satisfaction and if goods are in there original state return will be possible provided we agreed before. Financial matters like refund or compensation will be decided on a case by case basis.
